Orders and Pricing

  • Quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders are subject to product availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  • Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.

Product Condition

Used boxes are sold "as-is" in their graded condition. While we inspect all boxes for quality, we cannot guarantee that used boxes are free from all wear or minor defects consistent with their grade.

  • Grade A: Like new, minimal wear
  • Grade B: Good condition, some visible wear
  • Grade C: Fair condition, visible wear but functional

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Limitation of Liability

Tacoma Boxes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products or services in question.
