Box Condition Guide
Understanding our grading system helps you choose the right box for your needs
Grade A (Like New)
Boxes that have been used once or twice. Minimal wear with no structural damage. Clean appearance with only minor scuffs. These boxes are ideal for customers who need near-new quality at used prices, or for applications where appearance matters.
Grade B (Good)
Boxes showing moderate wear but structurally sound. May have tape residue, printing, or visible scuffs. All corners intact and walls solid. Great value for storage, internal transfers, or any application where function matters more than appearance.
Grade C (Fair)
Boxes with visible wear that remain fully functional. May have minor repairs, multiple use marks, or faded printing. Perfect for recycling collection, scrap storage, or any non-critical application. Best value for budget-conscious buyers.
New
Brand new boxes, never used. Perfect for customers requiring pristine condition, specific certifications, or consistent appearance. Available in all standard sizes with custom options for larger orders.

What sizes of gaylord boxes do you carry?
We stock a wide variety of sizes, with our most common being 40x48x36", 48x40x48", and 40x48x40". We also carry octagon boxes (46" diameter), smaller sizes, and can source custom dimensions for specific needs. Visit our Size Guide page for complete dimensions and specifications.
How do I know which grade to choose?
It depends on your application. Grade A is best for customer-facing uses or when appearance matters. Grade B offers the best balance of quality and value for most industrial uses. Grade C is perfect for collection bins, recycling, or internal storage where appearance is not critical.
Do you offer food-grade boxes?
Yes! We carry FDA-compliant food-grade gaylord boxes and produce bins. These are perfect for food processing, agricultural operations, and any application with direct food contact. All food-grade boxes are clearly marked and stored separately.
Can I see the boxes before buying?
Absolutely! We encourage customers to visit our warehouse to inspect boxes. We are located at 1477 Lincoln Ave, Tacoma, WA 98421 and are open Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm. No appointment necessary for warehouse visits.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our grading system. If you receive boxes that do not match the grade you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will replace them or provide a refund. All boxes are sold as-is for used grades, but must match the described condition.
