Common questions about our transportation services

What are your delivery hours?
Standard deliveries are made Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm. Saturday deliveries are available by appointment for an additional fee. We can accommodate early morning or after-hours deliveries for business customers.
How is delivery pricing calculated?
Delivery fees are based on distance (zone), order size, and service type. Orders over $500 qualify for free delivery in Zones 1-2. Bulk orders (100+ boxes) always include free delivery anywhere in our service area.
Do you offer liftgate service?
Yes, all our trucks are equipped with liftgates for ground-level delivery. If you don't have a loading dock, we can deliver to your door. Pallet jacks are available on every truck.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, all deliveries include real-time GPS tracking. You'll receive a link via text/email on delivery day to track your driver's location. Our dispatchers can also provide ETAs on request.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand plans change. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your delivery window at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a $35 fee. Rush orders are non-refundable.
Do you deliver to construction sites?
Absolutely! We regularly deliver to job sites throughout the Pacific Northwest. Just provide the site address and contact person. We can navigate most site conditions with our truck types.
