As a general rule, if the repair cost is less than 50% of replacement cost and the box structure is still sound, repair is the better option. We'll inspect your boxes and give honest recommendations - sometimes replacement makes more sense.

Can you repair boxes on-site at our facility?

Yes! For orders of 50+ boxes, we offer on-site repair services. Our technicians come to your facility with all necessary materials and equipment. This is ideal for ongoing repair needs or when you can't spare the boxes for transport.

How long do repairs take?

Most repairs are completed within 1-2 business days for drop-off orders. Simple repairs like corner reinforcement can often be done same-day. Full restoration may take 2-3 days. Rush service is available for urgent needs.

What's the minimum quantity for repair service?

There's no minimum for drop-off repairs at our facility. For on-site service, we require a minimum of 50 boxes to schedule a visit. For smaller quantities, bringing boxes to us is more cost-effective.

Do you warranty your repairs?

Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty. If a repair fails under normal use within 90 days, we'll re-repair it at no charge. This warranty covers the repaired area, not new damage.

Can you repair wax-coated or specialty boxes?

We can repair most specialty boxes including wax-coated and water-resistant boxes. The repair may affect water resistance in the repaired area. We'll discuss this before proceeding with the repair.
