Common questions about our recycling services

Is there a fee for recycling pickup?

For quantities over 100 boxes, pickup is free. For smaller quantities (25-99 boxes), there's a nominal pickup fee of $35. Drop-off at our facility is always free for any quantity.

Do you provide recycling certificates?

Yes! We provide official certificates of recycling that document the weight/quantity recycled, date, and our recycling partner information. These are perfect for sustainability reporting and compliance documentation.

What happens to boxes that can be reused?

During sorting, we identify boxes in good condition that can be resold. These are set aside for our buyback program. If your boxes qualify, we'll pay you $3-8 per box depending on size and condition.

Can you recycle wax-coated boxes?

Wax-coated boxes require special processing and we accept them in limited quantities. They're typically down-cycled rather than recycled into new corrugated. Contact us for details on wax-coated box disposal.

How do I prepare boxes for recycling?

Remove any plastic liners, tape is OK to leave on. Boxes don't need to be flattened but should be reasonably clean and free of food contamination. We'll sort everything at our facility.

Do you offer dumpster/container placement?

Yes, for high-volume accounts we can place a collection container at your facility and swap it out on a regular schedule. This is included free with scheduled service agreements.
