What qualifies as a bulk order?
Any order of 20 or more units qualifies for bulk pricing. This includes mixed orders - you can combine different box types, pallets, and accessories to reach volume tiers. The more you order, the better the discount.
How do payment terms work?
Net 30 terms are available for businesses with an approved credit application. Net 60 terms are available for Enterprise tier customers (100+ units) with established payment history. New customers may start with prepay or COD.
Can I set up recurring automatic orders?
Yes! We offer scheduled delivery programs where we automatically deliver your standing order on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. This is popular with customers who have consistent container needs.
Do you hold inventory for us?
For customers ordering 100+ units, we offer inventory holding services. You purchase a large quantity at the best price, we store it at our facility, and deliver portions as you need them. Great for budgeting!
What if I need a rush bulk order?
We maintain large in-stock inventory and can often fulfill urgent bulk orders within 24-48 hours for standard products. Rush fees may apply for same-day delivery. Contact us for availability.
